Group Starter

The Reinvention Group Starter is designed for groups to learn Reinvention practices.

Group Starter

Participants can consist of individuals from various units of an organization, customers, partner organizations, ecosystems, or people interested in the topic without a shared connection. The Group Starter requires at least 7 participants.

In the Group Starter, participants first familiarize themselves with the fundamentals of the Reinvention Method. This is followed by applying the method to organizational contexts relevant to the participants. By special agreement, the training can include applying the method to case studies provided by the participants.

The Group Starter is primarily conducted via Zoom, but on-site training is also available.
