Reality Index

Reality Index(RI) indicates how reality close you are in your reinvention and change processes. Reality Index is a ratio between in-reality work (in hours) and off-reality work (in hours). In-reality referring to work done in real business context. Off-reality referring to work done in other than real business contexts (eg. meetings or worshops that take place out of direct business contexts).  

If you follow in your change process Reinvention Method you can divide the in-reality work accordingly to that done during anticipation, design and implementation phases. What kind of a profile you have? Have you good reality connection in all your change phases?
