Team Starter

The Reinvention Team Starter is designed for organizational teams to learn Reinvention practices.

Team Starter

Participants consist of a company's or organization's change team or individuals planning to establish such a team. The Team Starter requires at least 3 participants.

In the Team Starter, the organization's team first gets acquainted with the fundamentals of the Reinvention Method. This is followed by a phase where these learnings are applied to the specific context of the organization in which the team operates. The Team Starter can include support for a practical change case, allowing the team to learn Reinvention practices through hands-on experience.

The training is primarily conducted via Zoom, but on-site training is also available.
